Accessibility statement

Lead Sifter should be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnifiers or voice control.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA on our public website and on the pages people reach without signing in: sign-in, password reset, team invitations, the investor portal, booking pages, e-signature pages, and the privacy and terms pages. This is an ongoing effort, and we do not claim the product is perfect.

What we do

  • Every page works from the keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to main content” link.
  • Pages use headings, landmarks, labelled form fields and a language setting so screen readers can navigate them.
  • Form errors are announced and tied to the field that needs fixing.
  • Text and controls meet the WCAG contrast minimums, and links in text are underlined.
  • Pages reflow down to a 320 pixel wide screen without side scrolling, and respect the reduced motion setting on your device.
  • We do not use an accessibility overlay or plug-in. Fixes are made in the pages themselves.
  • We test pages with automated tools and by hand with a keyboard.

Known limitations

  • The signed-in Lead Sifter app (pipelines, contacts, messaging, workflows and settings) is large and is still being reviewed. Some screens, such as drag-and-drop boards, may be harder to use with a keyboard or screen reader than we want. If you hit one, tell us and we will help you finish the task another way.
  • Websites that customers publish with Lead Sifter are built from content each customer writes, so their accessibility depends partly on that content.
  • PDF and Word documents shared through the investor portal come from the sponsor who uploads them and may not be fully accessible. Ask the sponsor, or us, for another format.

Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use if you are willing. We reply by email within two business days and will work with you to get you what you need.
